As we continue to return to our normal business functions and assess the ‘new normal’, we wanted to keep you updated as to where we are.
 

Our office will re-open on the 1st June, operating our normal business hours, however, in the short term we will be utilising staff rotation and a locked door policy. All visits to the office are by appointment only and must observe social distancing and protective equipment recommendations. We hope that you will understand that our utmost priority is to protect both our clients and our staff.
 

The Government continue to recommend virtual viewing and valuations by Facetime or similar and we are more than happy to continue to offer this service. However, we are now conducting these in person should you require, with all suitable steps taken to protect both ourselves and you. We have a comprehensive guide as to how we achieve this and will be more than happy to share these with you on request.
 

As regards all other enquiries, we remain available by phone and email during normal office hours. Please be patient with us, we hope to deal with every enquiry as swiftly as possible but hope you’ll bear with us, like yourselves we are navigating uncharted waters. For Landlords, we continue to collect and process rents and pay these on promptly. Likewise we continue to chase late payment of rent and will liaise with you where situations arise that may require negotiation of payment plans during these difficult. Rest assured we are advising tenants of the best way to avoid deferring rent and therefore accumulating arrears.
 

For tenants, we currently continue to provide emergency repairs and urgent/essential maintenance where contractor availability allows. Please be patient with ourselves and our contractors whilst we do our best to maintain a sensible level of service. If you require more minor repairs, we hope you will understand that these cannot be prioritised at the current time, again please be patient with ourselves and our contractors as we catch up from lockdown.
